How do I remove a permanent text template from my Iphone 4s?
for my business I sent out a text message when someone replied to my advert. For some reason now my Iphone 4s has stored it as a permanent template. This means whenever I open a new text message, the template is there. It doesnt happen if im replying to a text someone has sent me. I got a nre Iphone 4s yesterday, & the template wasnt there, however after doing a restore yesterday evening the template has re-appeared on my new phone. Please can you help me to fix this?
